We ask that a parent or family member (18 years or older) complete the required shift, or they forfeit their $100 deposit. Upon completion of a shift (multiplayer families will need to complete one shift per player), you’ll be refunded your deposit  (per family) $100. If you have not paid your deposit, we’ll need this turned in at field maintenance on 2/4 or to your team parent. Uniforms will not be released to teams until all snack shack deposits are collected. 

Cancellations/reschedules must be made 48 hours prior to shift or deposit will be forfeited.


Feeling the need to help more??

We could use your help as a snack shack lead! Leads will help oversee the shifts and step in as needed. They will need to help with open/close duties and picking up the breakfast items as needed. Leads can complete 3+ lead shifts in lieu of a parent shift. We’ll have training for leads on 2/17. Please sign up at the link below -

Older Kids looking for volunteer hours or job to make money??

We have you covered! We will need teens to help fill in the additional shifts to keep the snack shack opened - teens must be 14+ or in 8th grade. If you have or know a teen interested, please email or text Justine McCoy at [email protected] or 562-230-1046. Training for teens will be on 2/17 and shift sign ups will open for teens on 2/10 - she’ll email link once available. You will only be able to work if you attend training. BBQ shifts are for 18+ only.
